Let’s look at a quick video about the effects of alcohol on the Human Body...

Avoid Alcohol Consumption:

·         People have dreams they would like to achieve in their lives. If your health is good, you will fulfil your dreams in your life. Drinking alcohol is very harmful for the body. The effects of alcohol leads to physical and mental changes in the body that can put alcohol users at risk of injury or death. Drinking too much alcohol affects various parts of the body. It is very harmful for the liver. People who drink a lot develop diseases such as liver inflammation. Other alcohol related diseases can cause death.

·         Alcohol that is not broken down by the body travels down to other parts of the body including the brain. Brain is the most important part of the body. Once it’s damaged there is no way of cure. The parts that will be more affected are speech, judgement, and memory. Other affects include difficulty in walking, blurred vision, memory lapses, and impulsive behaviour.

·         Drinking alcohol affects the heart in bad ways. Consumption of alcohol is also very dangerous for the heart. Long-term drinking can also result in high blood pressure. This increases a person’s risk of heart diseases. If there’s not a lot of damage to the heart, blood pressure can go back to normal within few months after drinking is stopped.

The reason why I mentioned consumption fo alcohol harmful to the body is because many teens are addicted to drinking and they really don’t know the consequences of it in the future. If you set up goals for yourself, your must know that your health comes first. If your health is good and you are active you will be efficient and motivated towards a bright future.
